Ferron Canyon

Ferron Canyon is west of Ferron. Take 100 South (Canyon Road as it goes west from State Street, and Molen Road as it goes East from State Street), as it winds past the golf course and Millsite Reservoir. Castleton writes that there are three sites in the canyon, but we were only able to find two. Both can be seen from the coordinates below. The first site is about 100 feet above ground level on the southwest side of the road. There is a turnout on the right side of the road a few yards beyond the site. Site number two is across the canyon. Castleton describes site number three as being "up the canyon from site #2," and having pictographs of five figures.
